2. Order Placement and Acceptance

All orders placed through our website are subject to product availability and our acceptance. We reserve the sole right to refuse or cancel any order at any time for reasons including, but not limited to, limitations on available inventory, inaccuracies in product or pricing information, or suspected fraudulent activity. Orders are deemed confirmed only upon issuance of an order confirmation email, which will be sent to the email address provided during checkout.

You warrant that all information provided during the ordering process, including delivery details and recipient information, is accurate and complete. Fantaxy Bakery shall not be held liable for delays or failures in delivery resulting from incorrect or incomplete information provided by the Customer.

3. Pricing and Payment Terms

All prices displayed on our website are quoted in Malaysian Ringgit (MYR) and are inclusive of applicable taxes, unless otherwise stated. We reserve the right to modify product prices at any time without prior notice. Payment for all orders must be made in full at the time of purchase through our designated payment gateways. We accept various payment methods as indicated during checkout.

By submitting payment information, you represent and warrant that you are authorized to use the designated payment method and that all provided payment details are accurate. In the event of a payment dispute or chargeback initiated without legitimate cause, Fantaxy Bakery reserves the right to pursue legal action to recover any losses incurred, including administrative fees.

4. Delivery Terms and Conditions

4.1 Delivery Service

Fantaxy Bakery offers delivery services within specified areas and timeframes as indicated on our website. Delivery dates and times provided are estimates only and are not guaranteed. We shall not be liable for delays caused by factors beyond our reasonable control, including but not limited to traffic conditions, inclement weather, or logistical disruptions.

The Customer or an authorized recipient must be present at the delivery address to accept the order. In the event that no one is available to receive the delivery, our delivery personnel will attempt to contact the Customer using the provided phone number. If delivery cannot be completed, a re-delivery may be arranged at the Customer's expense.

4.2 Self-Collection

Customers opting for self-collection must adhere to the designated pickup time confirmed in the order notification. Fantaxy Bakery is not responsible for any deterioration in product quality resulting from delays in collection. All products must be refrigerated immediately upon collection to maintain freshness and quality.

5. Cancellations, Modifications, and Refunds

5.1 Order Changes and Cancellations

Requests for order modifications or cancellations must be submitted at least 48 hours prior to the scheduled delivery or collection time. Such requests are subject to approval and product availability. Fantaxy Bakery reserves the right to deny modification or cancellation requests for orders that have already entered the production phase.

5.2 Refund Policy

Due to the perishable nature of our products, refunds are generally not provided. Exceptions may be considered solely at our discretion in cases where the product delivered is materially different from what was ordered or arrives in a damaged condition. To qualify for a refund or replacement, the Customer must notify Fantaxy Bakery within one hour of delivery and provide photographic evidence of the issue.

6. Product Specifications and Allergen Information

While we strive to accurately represent our products through images and descriptions on our website, minor variations in color, design, or decoration may occur. Such variations do not constitute defects and are not grounds for refunds.

Customers with food allergies or specific dietary restrictions must clearly indicate these requirements at the time of ordering. Fantaxy Bakery handles common allergens, including nuts, dairy, eggs, and gluten, in our kitchen. While we take precautions to prevent cross-contamination, we cannot guarantee that our products are entirely free from allergens. Customers with severe allergies are advised to consult with their healthcare provider before consuming our products.

All content, including but not limited to logos, images, text, and product designs, displayed on our website is the exclusive property of Fantaxy Bakery and is protected under applicable intellectual property laws.
