Refund & Cancellation Policy

At Fantaxy Bakery, we pour love into every treat we bake. While all sales are final, we understand that sometimes things don’t go as sweetly as planned. Here’s how we handle refunds and cancellations to ensure your experience remains delightful.

Refunds

  • Damaged/Defective Items: If your order arrives damaged (e.g., smashed, melted, or spoiled), notify us within 2 hours of delivery/pickup. Include clear photos/videos of the issue and your order number via email at hello@fantaxybakery.com.
  • Wrong Orders: If you receive an incorrect order, contact us within 2 hours with photos of the unopened/unconsumed items and your order details.

- Non-Refundable:

  • Late cancellations notice (<48 hours).
  • Change of mind or personal schedule conflicts.
  • Allergies reaction.
  • Damage after self-pickup (cakes must be refrigerated immediately).

Cancellation

Cancellations must meet both conditions:

  1. Request must be made 48+ hours before scheduled delivery/pickup
  2. Your order must not yet be in preparation

- If approved:

  • You’ll receive store credit (valid for 1 year).
  • No cash refunds.

Cancellation Solutions

Our team will work with you to find the best resolution, which may include:

  • Replacement/Substitution: A cake of equal value and similar flavor from our menu.
  • Store Credit: Valid for 1 year.
  • Full Refund: If no suitable alternatives are available, we’ll process a refund to your original payment method.

How to Cancel or Request a Refund

Email us at hello@fantaxybakery.com with your order number / with evidence (photos/videos) and order details.

Exceptions

  • Delivery Delays: No refunds for delays caused by traffic, weather, or other unforeseen circumstances.
  • Out-of-Stock Items: If we can’t fulfill your order, we’ll notify you immediately and offer a full refund or store credit.
